This project consisted of the renovation of an existing storage building into a leading manufacturing facility.  Provided complete Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection and Electrical Consulting Engineering and Construction Administration for this approximately 150,000 square foot renovation.

Provided complete Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection and Electrical Consulting Engineering and Construction Administration for the new construction of a 3 story, approximately 130,000 square foot, Headquarters Facility.

This five story Physician’s Office Building and Outpatient Center is attached to existing hospital.  The Outpatient Center is approximately 16,000 square feet and the Physician’s Office Building is approximately 75,000 square feet for a total 91,000 square feet.  

 Rowan Salisbury School Administration Building………………….Salisbury, NC
62,000 square feet three story office building located in downtown Salisbury. This building is dedicated for school system administration including data center and test kitchen. We provided premium efficiency Variable Refrigerant Flow HVAC system including Outside Air Energy Recovery, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical lighting/power/generator design. Rowan Helping Ministries……………………………………………Salisbury, NC
32,000 square feet shelter for homeless men, women and children including up to 140 persons sleeping overnight. Our design includes premium efficiency VRF HVAC system with energy recovery, plumbing systems which includes a 2000 gallon solar domestic water system, a full kitchen to serve 2 meals/day to 140 persons, Fire Protection, and Electrical lighting/power which also includes photovoltaic solar system for supplemental electrical power. 160 person satellite jail for medium security inmates. We provided high efficiency HVAC systems which includes a very complex Smoke Evacuation System, Plumbing design including full kitchen, Fire Protection and Electrical lighting/power/generator. Completed summer 2012

NCSU Partners Building……………………………………..…………Raleigh, NC
The Partners Building is located on the Centennial Campus of North Carolina State University.  The three story building consists of a first floor area of 39,577 square feet, second floor area of 21,598 square feet, and third floor area of 20,299 square feet for a total gross area of 81,474 square feet.  This building is a shell building for future tenants.  Tenants currently occupying the building are the Bayer Corporation, Forbio, NCSU Telecommunications Mainframe, EPRI Textiles, and NCSU Applied Math.  

Sacred Heart School and Chapel…………………………………….Salisbury, NC
Provided complete Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection and Electrical Consulting Engineering and Construction Administration for the new construction of a 33,700 square foot School and a 14,167 square foot Chapel. The School was completed in August of 2009 and the Chapel was completed in December of 2009.

City of Greensboro – 911 Center…………………………………….Greensboro, NC 
This project consisted of calculating cooling and heating loads for approximately 2,950 square feet of a 911 emergency call center and the designing of a new HVAC system for this space..  Total Cost – Approximately $75,000

Salisbury Police Department – 911 Center……………..…………….Salisbury, NC
This project consisted of altercations and additions to an existing police department / 911 Center.  Provided complete Plumbing and HVAC Consulting Engineering and Construction Administration for this 2 story, approximately 18,000 square foot renovation and new construction.  Total Cost – Approximately $2,750,000

This project consisted of renovation and new construction of an existing library.   Provided complete Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection and Electrical Consulting Engineering and Construction Administration for this 2 story, approximately 20,000 square foot renovation and new construction.

This project consisted of the renovation of the historical Meroney Theater.  Approximately 21,000 square feet was included in this renovation.  This theater was modernized without substantially altering the historical appearance.  Light and Sound booths were added to the project.

This project consisted of the Roundhouse Renovation for the North Carolina Transportation History Corporation.  This building is a renovation of the Train Maintenance and Repair facility located in Spencer, North Carolina.  This project included 65,000 square feet of renovated area and 6800 square feet of new area.
